What began over 75 years ago with one small septic tank form has grown to become one of Pennsylvania’s leading precast concrete producers. Monarch Products specializes in a wide variety of sanitary and storm sewer products, from septic tanks to stormwater drainage structures, meter pits, basement steps, pump stations and box culverts.  Monarch Products is a PennDOT certified supplier and is also certified by the National Precast Concrete Association.  Certification from the NPCA is the gold standard in certification for our industry, assuring a uniform, high degree of excellency in our products, plants, processes, and quality control. For many years running, the annual certification process has ranked us as one of the top 25 precasters in the country.
